This two mile stretch of sunny, sandy heaven seems to go on forever and is lightly kissed by sea grape trees and coconut palms. The restaurants here are top-class, and parking is free, adding to the list of reasons why you should try the cuisine on offer at the immensely popular Elodia’s, Uncle Ernie’s, or Gwen’s Reggae Grill. Most of the restaurants on this tranquil stretch of beach hire out or otherwise provide beach chairs and umbrellas for their patrons at a very reasonable $20 per day. This beach is extremely spacious and there are plenty of very private spots dotted around, but if you fancy it you can take a ride on Junior’s Glass Bottomed Boat, a wonderful experience where the colourful and vibrant creatures of the Anguillan corals are showcased in a dazzling display of multihued fins and tails. Snorkelers adore the coral reefs at this location and the utterly spectacular sunset is unrivalled by almost any location on earth.
